A secret workplace romance that turned into a wedding proposal! It is your typical corporate America Hallmark movie! Here we are today, five years later, creating the best little life we can with our two children (the dogs), Culpepper and Duke (sometimes 3 when we have our shared custody foster pup - Tatum!). Ventosa Vineyards: With its elegant decor and stunning view, the La Vista é Bella room is perfect for our special event. Throughout the 6,000 SF ballroom, you will see exquisite hand-painted Tuscan-inspired murals, large windows and glass doors that allow for a stunning view from all angles of the ballroom. Wrought iron chandeliers and wall sconces offer the perfect lighting for an intimate gathering. Please note that due to a busy wedding weekend in town, we only have room blocks at 41 Lakefront Hotel at this time. We have listed other nearby hotels below. There are multiple Airbnb's in the area to search as well.

PLEASE BOOK YOUR HOTEL ASAP IF YOU PLAN TO STAY!!! There are multiple weddings around the Finger Lakes this weekend and rooms are going quick. This is the only hotel we have room blocks for, and we are only able to secure a certain number of room blocks at a time. If the hotel gives you any issues, please text Daniella at 315-663-8867 so she can call for an update. Room blocks are available for either one or two nights, and you will need to call, rather than booking online. You will NOT be charged until check-in. We have a discounted rate if you let them know it is for the "Engelbrecht- Palmeri Wedding Block." Please keep in mind that due to a busy wedding weekend, early check-in on Saturday, 10/18 will most likely not be available. Check-in begins at 4 PM and the ceremony starts at 5 PM. The last shuttle will arrive at the hotel around 4:40 PM and can hold 21 people at a time. Plan accordingly! The hotel to the venue is a five minute drive. The shuttle will only be stopping at this hotel.

The shuttle will run between 41 Lakefront and the venue before, during and after the event. Please let us know in the RSVP section if you think you will be taking the shuttle! As stated above, the shuttle can only hold 21 people at a time so please plan accordingly. Last shuttle run BEFORE the ceremony will be at 4:40PM. Last two shuttle runs at the end of the night (around 10:30PM) will be reserved for the wedding party. Other shuttle run times are TBD. Please check back at a later date for updated information!

Hotel Accommodations 

The Shuttle will begin shuttling guest from 41 Lakefront Hotel starting at 3pm, with the last shuttle leaving for Ventosa at 4:35pm. Bus can hold 21 people, so please don't all plan on catching the last bust at 4:35. The shuttle will begin shuttling guests from Ventosa at 8:30pm and will continue to be available until 10:30pm when the reception ends and a little after.
